C O N S U L T A T I O N
7-9 months before I Do

Wedding invitations are a tactile experience. From the raised surface of engraving, to the comparison of cotton and recycled papers, it is extremely important to get your hands on samples, which is why I require all orders to start with a consultation. If you're local, come visit the studio. If you aren't local, order a sample pack and we can chat over the phone. During the consult we'll go through everything paper, including etiquette, print methods, options within your budget, and any other questions you may have. After the consultation, you'll be provided a detailed custom estimate based on exactly what we chatted about. You will also receive a printable custom timeline with all the dates to keep in mind for your invitations.

7-8 months before I Do

The estimate you will be provided with after your consultation will be part of an electronic proposal package in which you can instantly select the items you'd like to order, and then electronically sign the agreement and pay the retainer. Retainer is $500 + cost of calligraphy (if you have selected a design from The Calligraphy Collection). Once I've received your submitted package, retainer, and agreement, you can pop the bubbly because you've just become a Sincerely, Jackie bride!

D E S I G N   P R O O F I N G
6 months before I Do

After you have officially booked me as your stationer, I'll use the information you provided to me (from a questionnaire you'll be sent), to build your invitation proofs. The proofs will be all digital, full-color renderings of your exact design. Hard copy printed proofs are available as an add-on service.

FINAL APPROVAL
5-6 months before I Do

We have tweaked until achieving perfection, and it's time to send everything off to print. You will be provided final print files to review and sign off on. Once you have signed off on the final print files, the files will be printed exactly as shown in the signed proofs, and you will no longer be able to make any changes to your print order. Final balance is due with the returned signed print files. While your invitations are being printed, we'll finish proofing your envelopes for guest addressing - either printed or done in calligraphy.

PICK UP OR SHIPPING
3-4 months before I Do

Once your invitations are back from the printer, I carefully go through everything to ensure they're perfect and ready to be handed off to you. Unless otherwise discussed, your invitations will be packaged and ready for you to assemble them. You will receive several samples for proper assembly, mailing tips, and the weight of your invitations so you can obtain appropriate postage. If your order is being shipped to you, you will be contacted to confirm shipping address (signature will be required).

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND/OR EXCHANGES
Due to the customized nature of the work involved, I do not accept any returns/exchanges, and do not offer refunds. It is extremely important you review your order and print files carefully before signing off on them.
